Job summary

The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) is seeking a Proposal & Pricing Analyst to lead the coordination, pricing, and packaging of Force Projection Sector proposals. You will serve as the central point of contact for proposal development, working closely with Program Managers, technical teams, Contracts, and cognizant Financial Managers to deliver compliant, high-quality submissions.

Responsibility includes developing schedules, gathering inputs, ensuring all cost volumes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management or related field.
4+ years of experience in defense contracting environment with proposal development/pricing/financial management.
Experience coordinating federal research and development proposals, incl. DoD.
Active Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end coordination, pricing, and packaging of FPS proposals.
Serve as central contact for proposal development with PMs, technical teams, Contracts, and FMs.
Develop proposal schedules, gather inputs, ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Evaluate solicitations, SOWs, and pricing instructions; align costs with FAR/DFAR.
