The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to manage the financial operations of the Force Projection Sector's portfolio in Laurel, MD. You will prepare analyses, generate monthly reports, and support proposal development while ensuring compliance and fiscal accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g. Business Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance) and 2+ years of relevant experience in financial and cost analysis.
• Self-starter with high initiative and ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
• Proven advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review and analyze financial data for FPS direct-sponsored project portfolio including monthly updates, spending and staffing trends, anomalies and projections.
• Build, update and submit monthly financial reports to government sponsors and program managers.
• Lead proposal development by identifying staffing requirements and preparing all basis of estimates for compliant government submissions.
• Perform contract and financial administration duties and provide guidance on best practices to program managers.
• Participate in program reviews and sponsor meetings addressing financial matters.
