Job summary

The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) seeks a Proposal & Pricing Analyst to coordinate, price, and package Force Projection Sector proposals. You will work with Program Managers, technical teams, Contracts, and cognizant Financial Managers to ensure compliant, high‑quality submissions that align with sector objectives.

You will lead schedules, gather inputs, and ensure timely completion, while analyzing solicitations, SOWs, and pricing instructions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 4+ years of defense contracting experience including proposals.
• Experience coordinating federal proposals and pricing.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR and contract types.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (US citizenship).
• Strong written/verbal communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination, pricing, and packaging of FPS proposals.
• Serve as central point of contact for proposal development inputs.
• Collaborate with PMs, technical staff, and FMs to create schedules.
• Develop proposal cost estimates and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with APL policies and sponsor requirements.
