Job summary

BDITEST is seeking a Proposal Manager in Louisville, CO to lead all phases of our proposal process for private and government clients, coordinating with operations and SMEs to plan, develop, and deliver winning proposals on time.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in proposals, a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, excellent written communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience planning, preparing, and developing proposals for government and private clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, English, journalism, or communications or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with strong written communication skills.
• Excellent proofreading and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with SMEs and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage proposal responses to government and private clients.
• Ensure proposals are compliant, scoreable, and submitted on time.
• Coordinate with operations, SMEs, and sales to align themes and schedules.
• Maintain proposal statuses, milestones, and reporting in the CRM.
• Review final proposals for completeness and quality before submission.
