KBR is seeking a highly organized Senior Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end proposal development process for large government bids, coordinating with subject matter experts, writers, and operations to ensure timely, compliant submissions.

The role requires the ability to craft compelling narratives, manage schedules, and maintain a repository of reusable content while collaborating with the capture team to win business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of direct proposal management experience on $100M+ government bids
• Proven ability delivering compliant, winning proposals aligned with capture direction
• Experience with Shipley or similar process; APMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development from RFP analysis to submission
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules; allocate resources
• Write, edit and review proposal content for clarity and compliance
• Ensure proposals meet highest quality standards and best practices
• Collaborate with BD and Operations to address queries and maintain relationships
• Maintain content repository for future proposals
