KBR is seeking a highly organized Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development, coordinating with subject matter experts and writers to craft compelling, compliant proposals. You will manage schedules, allocate resources, and collaborate across BD and operations to drive wins and growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or Communications with 9+ years in proposal management, and a strong track record in delivering high-quality, timely proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Typically 9+ years of proven experience in proposal management or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process from analysis to submission.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, writers, and contributors for content.
• Provide leadership and direction to managers or professional staff.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules to meet deadlines.
• Identify and allocate resources to meet proposal requirements.
• Write, edit, and review proposal content for clarity and compliance.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to translate information into proposals.
• Conduct thorough reviews to ensure high quality and competitiveness.
