Job summary

RTX is seeking a highly motivated MRAD Proposal Integration Lead to independently drive end-to-end subcontract proposal activities. You will align technical, functional, supplier, and program teams to deliver fully compliant and cost-accurate proposals on time.

The role emphasizes SSOW development, supplier coordination, governance, and cross-functional leadership across pricing, program management, engineering, and supply chain to maintain a consistent proposal baseline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant professional experience OR an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience supporting proposals, SSOW/SOW development, supplier management, or related program execution activities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate complex working sessions.
• Strong technical writing, document integration, schedule management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end subcontract proposal process, aligning technical, functional, supplier, and program teams to deliver compliant, cost-accurate, on-time proposals.
• Develop SSOW with input consolidation and pricing alignment; facilitate alignment sessions and track inputs.
• Coordinate supplier and cross-functional interactions, document decisions, and manage risk assessments.
• Create and maintain proposal schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action-tracking for timely submissions.
• Maintain proposal archives, RShare structures, and governance controls across repositories.
