Job summary
RTX in Andover, MA is seeking an experienced Operations & Supply Chain Leader to support proposal activities for the LTAMDS/GhostEye portfolio. You will lead supplier proposal efforts, develop strategic plans, and ensure budget execution while interfacing with multiple levels of management and suppliers.
The role requires a senior background in supply chain, with hands-on experience in program management and ERP systems, and the ability to obtain a US security clearance.
Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, operations, program management, or supplier management.
- Ability to apply cross-functional leadership and strategic thinking.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, PRISM, Kinaxis or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Lead supplier proposal support activities for the portfolio.
- Develop and communicate strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, execute and report on material and labor budgets.
- Collaborate in a cross-business team environment.
- Support leadership reviews and program reviews.
- Execute make/buy/where processes and risk plans.
- Drive process consistency across LTAMDS/GhostEye.
- Monitor performance metrics and address issues proactively.
