Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years in proposal management, pursuit strategy, marketing or business development.
• Ability to turn client needs and priorities into clear, client-centered language.
• Executive presence to lead kickoff calls and strategy discussions.
• Experience with RFP analysis, content reuse, and draft management.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned RFPs and proactive proposals from planning through delivery.
• Evaluate requirements and align content with client needs and win themes.
• Coordinate sector/industry pod activity with national leaders and stakeholders.
• Translate priorities into guidance and reusable language across pursuits.
• Collaborate with production, design, content teams and reviewers.
• Use templates, content management tools, and AI-enabled drafting safely.
• Share pod insights with National Proposal Team leadership.
