Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of proposal management, pursuit strategy, or related experience.
• Demonstrated proposal writing and storytelling skills.
• Executive presence to lead kickoff calls with Partners and senior leaders.
• Knowledge of RFP analysis, win themes, and content reuse.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with proposal automation, content management, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned RFPs from planning through final delivery.
• Guide teams on client needs, evaluation criteria, and win themes.
• Coordinate proposal activity across sector pod with stakeholders.
• Translate priorities into proposal-ready guidance and reusable language.
• Collaborate with content and production teams to ensure consistency.
• Use approved templates and AI resources to improve speed and quality.
• Share pod insights with National Proposal Team leadership.
