Job summary

Forvis Mazars US is seeking a Lead Proposal Specialist to drive planning, strategy, content development, and workflow for strategic pursuits. You will shape client-centered materials reflecting an Unmatched Client Experience and lead sector and industry pods for prioritized areas.

You will coordinate with partners, senior professionals, and the National Proposal Team to improve quality, speed, and consistency across proposals and reusable content libraries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area.
• 3–5 years in proposal management, pursuit strategy, or related fields.
• Proven proposal writing, editing, and strategy skills.
• Executive presence to lead kickoff calls with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of RFP analysis, content reuse, and draft management.
• Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned RFPs and other pursuit deliverables from planning through delivery.
• Guide teams on client needs, evaluation criteria, win themes, and content requirements.
• Coordinate activity with sector pod leads and national stakeholders.
• Translate priorities into proposal-ready guidance and reusable language.
• Collaborate with content teams to harvest reusable content and refresh service descriptions.
• Use templates and AI-enabled tools to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
• Share pod-level insights with National Proposal Team leadership.
