Forvis Mazars US seeks a Lead Proposal Specialist to drive pursuit planning, strategy, and content across opportunities. You will shepherd proposals from kickoff to delivery, ensuring client-focused messaging that reflects our Unmatched Client Experience.

You will connect with sector and industry leaders, manage timelines, and coordinate with content teams to improve quality, speed, and consistency across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proposal writing, editing, storytelling and strategy skills to translate client needs into client-centered language.
• Executive presence to lead kickoff calls and strategy discussions with senior leaders.
• Working knowledge of proposal best practices, RFP analysis and content reuse.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned RFPs, proactive proposals, oral presentations, and other pursuit deliverables from planning through final delivery.
• Evaluate proposal requirements and guide teams in focusing on client needs and win themes.
• Coordinate proposal activity and align with sector leaders and stakeholders.
• Translate priorities into proposal-ready guidance and reusable language.
• Partner with specialists and designers to coordinate deliverables and ensure consistency.
• Identify reusable content, refresh service descriptions, and support standardized proposal tools.
