Job summary

Myers & Sons Construction seeks an experienced Proposal Manager to lead development of technically strong, highly competitive proposals for major transportation and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate executives, engineers, estimators, schedulers, designers, and joint venture partners to translate complex technical information into clear client narratives.

Qualifications

Seven+ years in professional proposal development, technical writing, or related experience.
Experience leading complex proposals from RFP through final submission.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing contributors who are not direct reports.
Strong writing and editing of technical proposal content.
Experience with Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, CMAR or other procurements preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the complete proposal process for RFQs, SOQs, and technical proposals.
Analyze RFQs/RFPs to identify client priorities, criteria, and differentiators.
Develop pursuit strategies, win themes, and proof points communicating Myers' value.
Establish proposal execution plans with timelines, reviews, and production requirements.
Lead kickoff, strategy, progress, and review meetings with cross-functional teams.
Direct multidisciplinary pursuit teams including executives, estimators, and partners.
