Job summary

Myers & Sons Construction seeks an experienced Senior Proposal Coordinator to drive and coordinate high-quality proposals for heavy civil, water and infrastructure pursuits. You will translate technical content into persuasive narratives and manage timelines, with collaboration across operations, estimating, project management and joint venture partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional proposal, marketing, or technical writing experience
• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex RFQs, SOQs, and technical proposals.
• Experience with heavy civil construction, transportation, aviation, transit, bridges, highways, or public infrastructure preferred.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, JV partners, designers, subcontractors and technical contributors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal development for RFQs, SOQs, technical proposals and Design-Build/PDB and other pursuits.
• Review solicitation requirements and develop compliance matrices, outlines, schedules and production plans.
• Coordinate proposal teams across operations, estimating, scheduling, and specialized subcontractors.
• Develop and edit compelling proposal content that communicates qualifications and differentiators.
• Lead development of assigned proposal sections from interviews to client-focused narratives.
• Manage proposal schedules, track assignments, and ensure timely final production.
• Facilitate kickoff, strategy and review meetings to align around win themes.
• Coordinate resumes, project descriptions, graphics, forms and supporting documentation for cohesive submissions.
• Perform quality-control and compliance reviews to ensure accurate, persuasive submissions.
• Support interviews and presentations with materials, graphics and talking points.
• Coordinate with graphic design resources to translate concepts into visuals.
• Maintain and improve proposal resources (boilerplate, resumes, project profiles).
• Support awards, qualifications packages and other business development efforts.
