Job summary
Myers & Sons Construction seeks an experienced Proposal Manager to craft competitive, technically strong proposals for major transportation and infrastructure projects. This role supports three California and Colorado offices (Sacramento, Pico Rivera, Denver) and partners with executives, project leaders, and technical experts.

Qualifications
- Seven+ years in professional proposal development, writing, or marketing.
- Experience leading complex proposals from RFP through submission.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and non-direct reports.
- Strong ability to write and edit technical proposal content.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete proposal process for RFQs, SOQs, technical proposals and interviews.
- Analyze RFQs/RFPs to identify client priorities and differentiators.
- Develop pursuit strategies, win themes, and key messages.
- Establish proposal execution plans with schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary pursuit teams and review meetings.
- Write, edit, and develop persuasive proposal content.
- Guide technical contributors to address evaluation criteria.
