The role requires a self-starter attitude, careful analysis of requirements, and collaboration with technical staff, contracts, and management to deliver compliant proposals.

The candidate will coordinate forms, tailor resumes, finalize proposals, and ensure timely submission, while handling administrative tasks, follow-through, and updating the proposal

Qualifications

• Self-starter and quick learner.
• Coordinating and finalizing all forms for proposals.
• Expert use of Word and Adobe.
• Pulling and tailoring resumes and other proposal sections as directed.
• Finalizing the proposal with responsibility for formatting and on-time submission.
• Handling administrative tasks including follow-ups on proposals, scoring sheets, debriefs, and updating the proposal library.
