Job summary

KBR is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to lead administrative and organizational aspects of federal, state, and local government proposals. You will collaborate with Capture Managers, Proposal Managers, and the Production Team to ensure compliance with RFP requirements and timely submissions.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, ensuring page limits and branding standards, coordinating with graphics and contracts for electronic submissions, and maintaining SharePoint-based document

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in government proposal coordination or production.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and agency procurement requirements.
• Proficiency with proposal tools such as SharePoint, PMC, Deltek, GovWin, VisibleThread, and related systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative and organizational aspects of proposal development for government opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with RFP requirements, formatting, and on-time submissions.
• Coordinate color team reviews and manage proposal schedules.
• Support layout, charts, and visual content with graphics teams.
• Oversee document control, version histories, and file naming conventions.
• Assist Contracts Manager with electronic submissions through government portals.
