Job summary

RH2 Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator 2 to support its business development and marketing initiatives. The role involves coordinating and producing high-quality, compliant proposals in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with project managers and technical staff to refine content.

The ideal candidate has AE&C industry proposal experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of AE&C industry proposal experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Experience with Deltek VantagePoint preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Proven proofreading, editing, and production of professional documents.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of proposal and submittal development, including content creation, document assembly, tracking progress, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical staff, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine proposal content.
• Edit and proofread materials for clarity, readability, and compliance with requirements while maintaining brand standards.
• Manage RH2’s Submittals Library ensuring up-to-date content.
• Update the proposal tracking system and participate in weekly marketing meetings.
• Develop, update, and maintain Deltek modules to support proposal and project tracking.
• Work independently on assigned tasks with limited supervision and high-quality deliverables.
