Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our Dallas, TX or Fort Worth office.

You will manage end-to-end preparation of proposals, SOQs, and RFQs, collaborating with Project Managers, engineers, and SMEs to craft compelling, compliant submissions that reflect Westwood’s capabilities and branding. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in the AEC industry, strong writing and graphic skills, and a commitment to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 2–5 years proposal experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple proposals and strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• SOQ/RFQ analysis: dissect bid requirements and client specs.
• Content collaboration: partner with PMs, engineers, SMEs to draft narratives and scope details.
• Proposal production: format, graphics, writing, editing for brand consistency.
• Schedule management: enforce timelines to ensure on-time submissions.
• Database maintenance: update CRM and libraries of past project materials.
• Procurement initiatives: refresh materials and design client-ready assets.
