Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Greenwood Village, CO seeks an experienced property manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family community. You will lead onsite teams, manage budgets, and drive lease activity to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will ensure compliance with laws and company policies, supervise staff, and coordinate with owners while leveraging Entrata/Yardi/OneSite to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned property and lead onsite team.
• Develop and monitor budgets; review financial statements and reports.
• Ensure rent and fees are collected and posted timely; manage deposits and reports.
• supervise staff, hire, orient, and train employees; manage performance.
• Maintain property standards, safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Manage marketing, leasing, and resident relations to meet occupancy goals.
• Coordinate with owners/clients and respond to owner requests as needed.
• Utilize property management software to generate required reports.
