Job summary

Greystar is seeking a hands-on Community Manager in Lakewood, CO to oversee day-to-day operations at multiple properties and lead on-site teams to achieve budgeted goals. You will manage leasing, resident relations, maintenance and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in property management, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of 2 or more properties and leads on-site teams.
• Develops and monitors budgets, marketing information, and financial reports.
• Oversees leasing, renewals, and enforcement of lease terms and policies.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and applicable laws.
• Maintains property standards and supervises maintenance staff and vendors.
• Engages with owners, conducts property tours, and communicates performance updates.
