Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community in Denver. You will lead staff, manage budgets, ensure compliance with housing laws, and drive revenue and occupancy targets.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate budgeting, leasing, and maintenance activities across teams. A valid driver’s license and proficiency with property mgmt software are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets by analyzing financial statements and marketing data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting fees, posting payments, and reviewing financials.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Control expenditures within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, notices, and evictions.
• Develop market and economic insights to guide marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing service requests promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Supervise staff, hire, orient, train, and evaluate performance.
• Engage with owners and provide performance updates.
