Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Dallas is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community. You will lead onsite staff, manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure adherence to company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and other applicable laws.

You will analyze market trends, set rents, drive leasing and resident satisfaction, review invoices, and coordinate maintenance to sustain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal, while building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management and related operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees budget development and monitoring, analyzes financial statements, and reviews marketing data to set performance targets.
• Sets rent rates, ensures timely collection, and reviews monthly financial reports.
• Approves invoices, ensures insurance certificates, and coordinates communication between vendor, accounting, and owner.
• Manages expenditures within budget and maintains petty cash balance and control.
• Oversees lease processing, notices, evictions, renewals, inspections, and compliance with lease terms.
