Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience with multi-site or large property experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in computers, finance, management and marketing.
• Florida CAM required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with a clear MVR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations to ensure efficiency and high performance.
• Assist the Regional Director in maintaining the asset and maximizing financial returns.
• Implement procedures and systems to improve workflow and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure prompt response to community emergencies to minimize liability.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and assignments with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Manage property financials, budgets, A/P, and performance metrics.
• Train, supervise, and motivate on-site personnel with timely evaluations.
• Manage vendor and contractor communications, insurance compliance, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
