Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field required; real estate license required.
• CPM or RPA designations (or in progress) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience.
• Strong Microsoft Word/Excel proficiency; prior ERP software experience helpful.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Professionally represent TW while adhering to management agreements.
• Lead lease administration and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide management and leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection processes and complete inspections as required.
• Develop operating and capital budgets, track variances, and oversee CAM reconciliations.
• Bid and manage vendor contracts in line with procurement requirements.
• Coordinate construction work with tenants and internal teams to meet client goals.
• Maintain reporting with owners and accounting teams and ensure contract compliance.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants, clients, and internal teams.
