Job summary

City of Maypearl seeks a seasoned business analysis professional to manage projects, coordinate between divisions, supervise staff, and communicate with internal and external partners at the West Service Center in San Antonio.

You will use Pavement Management System data to prioritize maintenance, support budget and procurement planning, and produce reports for City Management and City Council.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years’ experience of business or project analysis, implementation or coordination.
• One (1) year of supervisory or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages business projects and oversees coordination across divisions.
• Serves as primary liaison between internal divisions and external partners (e.g., CPS Gas, SAWS, Google).
• Maintains and updates project tracking systems and generates status reports.
• Assists with budget planning, preparation, and procurement planning/execution.
• Conducts research and prepares specialized reports for executive leadership.
