Job summary

City of San Antonio is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst Manager to lead cross‑department projects from initiation through completion at the West Service Center. You will supervise staff, coordinate multi‑agency efforts, and ensure thorough documentation and executive reporting.

You will utilize PCI and Pavement Management insights to prioritize street maintenance and support budget planning, procurement, and contract processes while engaging stakeholders and keeping City management informed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years’ experience of business or project analysis, implementation or coordination
• One (1) year of supervisory or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages, and oversees business projects.
• Utilizes a Pavement Management System to analyze PCI data to identify and prioritize street segments.
• Oversees and coordinates complex, multi-agency projects with internal divisions and external partners.
• Cross-references potential projects to prevent conflicts and ensure efficiency.
• Facilitates cross-functional coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supports budget planning, preparation, and monitoring; assists procurement planning and execution.
• Maintains and updates project tracking systems and generates status reports.
• Prepares specialized reports for executive leadership and City Council items.
