Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-priority strategic programs across multiple business functions. You will plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, executive presence, and a track record of managing complex cross-functional initiatives with change management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of enterprise project management experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated change management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and project sponsors.
• Maintain project documentation and governance standards.
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.
• Support organizational change initiatives and drive adoption of new processes.
• Track project costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement efforts.
