Job summary

PDK International seeks a highly organized Program Manager, Strategic Implementation to lead the execution of high‑priority cross‑functional strategic initiatives, building the structures, tools, and coordination needed to move complex work forward.

This role will help standardize program management across the organization, partnering with teams and reporting to the Chief of Staff to ensure work progresses and outcomes are achieved.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cross‑functional program or project management experience.
• Ability to translate priorities into executable plans and timelines.
• Strong facilitation and relationship-building across teams and levels.
• Proven track record turning strategy into structured execution.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex cross‑functional strategic initiatives.
• Build program management standards, tools, and reporting across the organization.
• Coordinate dependencies, governance, and risk management for initiatives.
• Provide leadership communication and documentation to executives.
• Partner with teams to enable successful execution and handoffs when needed.
