Job summary

Upbound Group is seeking a Principal, Project Manager to lead large cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact. You will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to set objectives, manage scope, schedule and risks, and drive delivery from initiation to closeout.

The role requires 5+ years in project/program/product management, strong communication, and proven ability to navigate complex IT/business initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large cross-functional initiatives from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, artifacts, governance and implementation plans.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, issues, and resource constraints; ensure milestones are met.
• Partner with Product, Finance and stakeholders to define objectives, KPIs and benefits; monitor value realization.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations and Business teams for successful delivery.
• Influence stakeholders to enable timely decisions and adherence to governance standards.
• Promote use of EPMO standards and continuous improvement of delivery practices.
