Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
• Drive project execution with defined priorities, timelines, governance and quality.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; mitigate or escalate as needed.
• Manage upstream/downstream impacts across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans through all lifecycle stages.
• Apply structured problem-solving to meet project objectives.
• Partner with leaders to provide strategic guidance and tactical execution.
• Build relationships with Product, Technology, and Business Analysis stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and provide status updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and governance.
