Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Project Manager, Business Transformation to lead complex transformation initiatives that optimize how the organization operates and delivers value. You will own end-to-end delivery, bring structure to cross-functional workstreams, and partner with stakeholders, change management, and executive leadership.

The role emphasizes translating strategy into actionable plans, managing dependencies, and ensuring adoption of deliverables in a highly visible setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience, particularly in business transformation and systems implementation.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end project life cycles.
• Preferred background in driving financial and operational results through behavioral change strategies.
• Strong budgeting, scoping, and scheduling skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities among multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management fundamentals and tools like Smartsheet or Jira/Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex information to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Translate transformation charters into detailed project plans with clear milestones.
• Run regular status reporting and escalation processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with various stakeholders.
• Maintain project RAID logs and drive mitigation actions to closure.
• Partner with change management resources to ensure project deliverables are adopted.
• Conduct stage reviews and present recommendations to the steering committee.
