Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Bolingbrook/Chicago area seeks an Operations Development and Initiatives Manager to drive strategic retail initiatives, design scopes, manage timelines and budgets, and lead cross‑functional teams through the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or PMP, 3+ years of project management, experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, and strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or PMP certification required or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including PowerPoint.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across functions to design and scope key initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop charters, roadmaps, plans and budgets.
• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure.
• Identify risks and keep disruptions to a minimum.
