Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Bolingbrook, IL seeks a Manager, Value Realization & Transformation to quantify, track and preserve the impact of Ulta’s most strategic initiatives. You will become an expert across operations and serve as a strategic advisor to leaders.

You’ll develop financial models, apply analytical frameworks, and partner with executives and analytics teams to demonstrate ROI, IRR and NPV. You will present results at leadership forums and drive value narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Data & Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or FP&A.
• Experience building financial models and dashboards.
• Strong problem solving and executive communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to estimate ROI, IRR, and NPV.
• Partner with executives and SMEs to articulate value narratives.
• Establish tracking for business cases with financials and milestones.
• Present findings at initiative and leadership forums.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Finance to estimate incrementality.
