Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or omni operations.
• 4–6 years relevant work experience in supply chain or Omni operations.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem solving.
• Advanced Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Excel and MS Office.
• Working knowledge of SAP preferred; must be comfortable learning new software.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends and interpret data to evaluate health of Omnichannel programs.
• Develop reporting tools, data sets, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Plan, execute, and manage projects to on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mitigate risks and report metrics to optimize performance.
