• Leads assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to achieve business outcomes.
• Communicates with executive stakeholders and mentors team members.
• Supports continuous improvement and acts as a change agent to drive program adoption.
• Develops and presents the facilities roadmap and improvement programs.
