Corewell Health in Grand Rapids seeks an Operations Specialist to partner with leadership and various operational teams to develop, implement and support programs that ensure operational efficiency, enhanced safety, increased productivity, reduced cost, and continuous improvement. You will assist in managing day-to-day operational needs as well as strategic goals of the business.

The role requires collaboration across departments, development of action plans, and coordination of compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, healthcare administration or related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational support for new and existing programs and projects with documentation, reporting, data collection and database usage.
• Analyzes process, productivity, value and quality data to improve efficiency, safety, productivity and reduce costs.
• Leads workflow transformation and coordinates compliance activities with regulations and policies.
