Corewell Health in Grand Rapids seeks a Manager of Integrated Data Analytics to lead a highly technical team delivering actionable insights, predictive models, and decision support across health plan strategy, operations, and performance.

In collaboration with senior leadership, you will measure outcomes and ROI, develop data-driven tools and workflows, mentor staff, set standards for quality and data stewardship, and ensure continuous delivery of analytics excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health care, business, finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• 5 years in healthcare, business, information services, or data analytics preferred.
• Experience producing reports for multiple audiences including board of directors and leadership.
• 3 years of data extraction experience from clinical information systems.

Responsabilités

• Establishes departmental goals and performance standards to assure quality.
• Leads budgeting and annual planning, monitors variances and productivity improvements.
• Inspires a culture of performance excellence in care, service and operations indicators.
• Manages talent, mentors staff, and ensures staff development and retention.
• Manages Enterprise Data Assets, maintaining accessibility, documentation and data quality standards.
