Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large cross-functional initiatives supporting operational systems strategy and organizational transformation. You will partner with the Director of Operational Systems Strategy & Integration to drive execution across IT, Data Operations, Statistical Operations, and PM stakeholders.

You will apply business analysis, change management, and stakeholder engagement to bridge strategy and execution in complex environments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with business and IT partners.
• Preferred MBA, IS, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
• Experience in healthcare, registry operations, or data-driven organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects aligning with operational strategies.
• Coordinate across IT, Data Operations, Statistics, and business stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities impacting deadlines.
• Support workflow optimization, system integration, and process standardization.
• Develop stakeholder communications and change management plans.
• Prepare executive dashboards and project status updates.
