Job summary

Medica is seeking an Operations Project Manager IV to lead cross-functional projects within our Wisconsin footprint. The role focuses on planning, development, directing, coordinating, and implementing growth and efficiency initiatives across Operations.

You will provide SME guidance on project management techniques, manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications, and maintain PMO standards to drive consistent delivery and value for our members and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 7 years of project management experience beyond degree.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional Operations projects ensuring alignment to objectives and delivery.
• Manages planning, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints with stakeholders.
• Provides project status, insights, risks, and recommendations to sponsors for decisions.
• Promotes disciplined project planning, RAID management, and PMO standards.
