The Burke & Herbert Bank & Trust is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs. You will partner with business leaders, IT, Operations, and vendors to ensure initiatives meet scope, schedule, and budget while aligning with strategic priorities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Eight years of experience leading complex projects in IT, Operations, or a regulated industry.
• PM certifications such as PMP or equivalent preferred.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, planning, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, execution, and closeout.
• Partner with business, IT, Operations, and stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, and priorities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, dependencies, milestones, and risk registers.
• Manage risks, issues, and change control with mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular status reporting to sponsors, leadership, and governance forums.
• Coordinate and manage third-party vendors to align with capacity and priorities.
• Ensure PMO standards, policies, and governance are followed and improved where needed.
