German American Bank is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. You will own the project lifecycle, build detailed plans, align resources, and manage timelines and budgets to drive real business outcomes.

You will partner with internal teams and vendors, keeping stakeholders informed and learning key processes and technology systems across the bank. Travel up to 50% may be required depending on footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or project coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Effective verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
