Roboflow is seeking a Growth Lead for Roboflow Labs to own the supply side of a high-growth marketplace. You will recruit, onboard, and manage a distributed network of contributors, while building scalable acquisition channels and protecting quality across the network.

Your track record should include 4–8 years in growth or marketplace supply roles, plus hands-on experience with talent acquisition, community building, and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in growth, marketplace supply, community, or talent acquisition roles where you owned a number and the funnel behind it.
• Direct experience growing a distributed workforce: contributor, driver, host, freelancer, tutor, or annotator networks; AI data company experience is a plus.
• Curiosity about frontier models and why expert human data matters; speak with the people who do it.

Responsibilities

• Own the contributor funnel end to end: awareness, application, screening, onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Build acquisition channels: convert developers to contributors, run paid and organic campaigns, build referral loops, and partner with universities and specialist job boards.
• Stand up expert cohorts on demand: recruit cohorts against deadlines and accelerate turnaround times.
• Set and benchmark compensation: monitor competing rates and incentives to win desired contributors at sustainable costs.
• Protect the network: screening, fraud prevention, identity verification, and contributor experience to scale quality and trust.
