Littler is seeking an Associate General Counsel for Special Projects, Governance & Strategic Initiatives to join the Office of the General Counsel. The role involves governance, strategic initiatives, and global operations coordination, reporting to the CLO and DGC.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of legal experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience advising boards or management committees.
• Experience in-house legal department, risk management, or corporate governance settings.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle complex matters with governance, business, and reputational considerations.
• Lead strategic projects affecting the firm and its affiliates.
• Coordinate and manage outside counsel, consultants, and advisors.
• Develop executive-level analyses, briefing memos, and recommendations.
• Support corporate governance functions and governance records.
