Formación

• 3+ years of progressive, client-facing experience in a law firm, executive search firm, or related professional services.
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Undergraduate degree required; JD is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the start-up phase of each search by developing the position specification and search strategy.
• Identify prospects and sources and represent the client in the marketplace.
• Validate potential candidates through references and sourcing calls.
• Develop and present a slate of qualified candidates to clients and provide market context.
