The role requires a J.D., active U.S. license, and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with salary range $229,000–$277,000 and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience advising boards of directors or executive leadership teams.
• Prior experience in in-house legal department, governance, or risk management contexts.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex matters involving legal, business, governance, and reputational considerations.
• Lead strategic projects affecting the firm and its affiliates; manage external advisors.
• Support corporate governance functions and Secretary-related duties for the firm.
• Assist with global operations, cross-border issues, and international offices.
