Job summary

Clover Health is seeking a high-capacity operator for the Innovation & Delivery team to drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy into execution. You will join a small, high-leverage team shaping Clover’s next chapter and translating direction into structured action.

The role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, analytically sharp, and energized by hard problems, with a track record of turning ambiguity into momentum and delivering measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or startup operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working across functions in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive Day-to-Day Execution by turning strategic direction into clear workplans, timelines, decisions, and follow-through.
• Run Critical Workstreams, owning discrete parts of major cross-functional efforts and ensuring milestones are met.
• Create Operational Clarity with trackers, cadences, project documents, and communication rhythms for effective execution.
• Support Structured Problem Solving by breaking down complex problems and translating goals into executable steps.
• Coordinate Across Teams to surface risks, resolve blockers, and keep projects aligned across functions.
• Use AI & Emerging Technology to improve execution speed and leverage across projects.
