Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies seeks a Project Management & Planning Coordinator to support REG administration with planning and execution of growth initiatives. You will work with REG's Strategic Initiatives team to maintain project plans, track deliverables, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on key activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and about 2 years of related experience. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, plus familiarity with PM tools, is important for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of professional experience in project coordination or related areas.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and other project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A integration activities across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Sales and other functions.
• Maintain trackers, project plans, action logs, timelines and status reports.
• Provide general project and planning support to REG leadership/team.
• Assist with monitoring timelines, deliverables and outstanding actions.
• Collect, organize and analyze operational and business data.
• Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Assist with process documentation, SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support other strategic and operational projects assigned by leadership.
