Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Enterprise Commercial team on strategic projects. The role serves as the central point for organization, communication, documentation, and follow-through, ensuring decisions, actions, and information are captured, tracked, and communicated across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years experience as Project Coordinator.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities, milestones, dependencies, and follow-up actions across multiple programs.
• Manage project administration, including documents, presentations, meeting materials, action logs, and communication repositories.
• Coordinate leadership reviews, agency engagements, and cross-functional sessions across geographies and time zones.
• Support content development and stakeholder communication, alignment, and feedback processes.
• Track decisions, action items, dependencies, and outstanding requests with timely follow-up and accountability.
• Consolidate outputs from discussions into clear communications, presentations, updates, and summaries.
• Ensure key information, decisions, and next steps are documented and communicated to stakeholders.
• Identify coordination gaps and cross-functional dependencies to prevent operational blind spots.
• Leverage Microsoft 365, Microsoft Loop, AI, and automation to improve transparency, organization, and execution.
