Job summary

Advanced Technology Group is seeking a Project Scheduler to manage, monitor, and ensure timeliness of project schedules across multi-disciplinary teams in a project-based environment.

You will develop and maintain schedules, analyze critical path and resource allocations, and generate regular reports for project teams, customers, and senior management throughout each project's duration.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in project scheduling, production planning, manufacturing planning or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in schedule creation, schedule management, and project controls.
• Experience scheduling complex projects with budgets greater than US $5M preferred.
• Experience with Government programs/projects and/or nuclear or NQA-1 related programs/projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all required project schedules using Primavera Cloud or Primavera P6.
• Develop bid schedules using company standards and templates; improve templates as part of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure scheduling and EVMS efforts align with contract requirements.
• Create detailed project plans with key resources and integrate information into a comprehensive schedule.
• Incorporate scope changes and analyze impacts on schedules; report to management and customers.
• Produce schedules and reports for internal and external stakeholders; maintain open communication about changes.
• Monitor production processes to ensure on-time delivery and identify capacity constraints.
• Perform weekly schedule updates and other duties as assigned.
